Lunch: Tempra restaurant in Matsuo, Steamed with butterbur, flounder sashimi, stuffed tomato
 Stewed prawn with white miso 
 Sashimi
 Sea urchin, fried butterbur sprout
 Steamed rice with conger and octopus
 Boiled Crab with beancurd skin
Tempra and udon noodle
 
Rice dumpling covered with kuzu sauce seasoned with soy sauce and sugar

Dinner: Steamed vege, macaroni au gratin
