8/1

Breakfast: Broder in Portland.  Danish pancake with lingon berry and lemon jam.

Panna with smoked trout (Swedish hash).

Lunch: Pine State Biscuits in Portland. Fried chicken, bacon, and cheese topped with gravy. 

Fried chicken, bacon, and cheese topped with eggs and gravy.

Dinner: Acqua Via in Olympia. Bruschetta catalan.

Prawn with polenta and mushroom.

Baked penne with lamb ragu.
