Lunch: ごはん、水菜サラダ、みそしる、納豆 (Rice, mizuna salad, miso soup, natto).
Dinner: ステーキとしめじ (Steak and shimeji mushroom).
ごぼうスープ (Gobou soup).
たまねぎのしょうが焼き (Sauteed onion with ginger sauce)
豆苗いため (Sauteed pea sprouts).
Dessert: レモンケーキ (Lemon cake).
ピスタチオチョコレートムース (Chocolate mousse with pistachio).
